There's an array of dazzling new dishes being served in Gloucester with the opening of Soul N' Seoul this January 2024.
Standing proudly in the former home of Hubble Bubble cafe, the Korean kitchen is serving up a host of fantastic flavours — many of which the city hasn't experienced before.
Dishes in the new restaurant, which opened on Monday 29 January 2024, include bulgogli featuring beef or chicken marinated in a signature sauce; Korean fried chicken with crispy chicken wings coated in Korean sauce; kimchi fried rice; and Korean omurice, which blends fried rice with an omelette, topped with ketchup and fried onions.
There's also the iconic bibimbap, made up of rice, egg, strips of meat and iconic fermented pepper paste.
The bold and colourful interior has an industrial feel with corrugated steel walls painted red and black. Lit up screens in the window showcase the variety of dishes on offer.
Owners of the new restaurant have been extremely busy with the renovation and are excited to finally be open.
Soul N' Seoul is open everyday from 5pm to 9pm with delivery and takeaway available through Just Eat.
