Cult Gloucestershire pizza company, Fat Toni's, has opened its new restaurant at Five Valleys Shopping Centre in Stroud.

The new Fat Toni's restaurant at Five Valleys Shopping Centre in Stroud has finally opened its doors, welcoming its first diners on Thursday 19 January 2023.

The new venue, next door to Vue Cinema, seats up to 108 diners, with pizza fans able to tuck into its signature sourdough pizzas from a classic Margherita to the extra hot and spicy Dante's inferno - alongside a selection of wines picked specifically to complement each pizza.

First established in 2012, Fat Toni's championed the concept of high-quality takeaway food with their now famous pizzas. In addition to its existing Stroud takeaway, it announced it would be opening a restaurant at Five Valleys in May 2022, joining a host of other independent foodie traders including Non Solo Pasta, The BBQ Society and Kyuri Sushi.

Darren Orsi, co-owner of Fat Toni’s, said: 'Our pizzas are now available to enjoy on the premises fresh from the oven using the best ingredients and our signature dough and sauce recipes. We hope our customers enjoy eating these in the comfort of our new fabulous restaurant.'

The opening has also created 10 new jobs in Stroud's town centre.
