Just days remain to get your entry in for the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards 2022 – a showcase of the county’s very best businesses, leaders, teams and individuals.
Last year’s inaugural event got off to a flying start thanks to the backing of GFirst LEP and The Growth Hub, who this year step aside for us to welcome new headline sponsors – Hazlewoods and Willans LLP.
Some 300 guests gathered in Weston Aviation’s aircraft hangar at Gloucestershire Airport in September 2021 for a special evening of supper, drinks and the thrilling live reveal of winners – and 2022’s event promises to be even better.
Entry is free, with everyone shortlisted invited to the otherwise exclusive awards evening in October 2022, with compère Steve Knibbs returning to unveil the winners in 22 categories ranging from Heritage Business of the Year to Apprentice of the Year; Business Leader to Employee; Customer Excellence to Corporate Social Responsibility.
In keeping with SoGlos’s expansion to become the most accessible business platform in the county, entry is straight forward and open to businesses of all shapes and sizes, from start-ups to multi-nationals, from all sectors.
The shortlist is due to be revealed on Wednesday 6 July 2022 with the awards ceremony itself, one of the first major events to be staged at Cheltenham’s new Hub8 Minster Exchange, taking place on Thursday 20 October 2022.
The SGGBA partners helping to make the event another special night to remember include Oasis Events, Neptune Rum and Wild Pizza Co.
As well as a host of new awards categories and an even more extensive high calibre roster of industry sponsors, there will also be a new sponsors and finalists’ drinks event at Gloucester Brewery, too.
The closing date for entries for this year’s SGGBA is Wednesday 1 June 2022.
