See the original Drop the Dead Donkey cast when they star in a reimagined stage production of the iconic British TV sitcom at the Everyman, this June 2024.

The Globelink News team are back, promising a production that’s as fresh and urgent as ever when Drop the Dead Donkey: The Reawakening! appears on the Everyman Theatre stage for the very first time, this June 2024.

Running from Tuesday 4 to Saturday 8 June 2024, 30 years on from the launch of the revolutionary, smash-hit TV series, the reimagined stage show stars the original Drop the Dead Donkey cast members including Susannah Doyle, Robert Duncan, Ingrid Lacey, Neil Pearson, Jeff Rawle, Stephen Tompkinson and Victoria Wicks.

Exposing the underside of the broadcasting industry in all its unruly glory, the iconic BAFTA and Emmy award-winning comedy is given a second leased of life in this brand-new topical commentary on the cutthroat world of 24 hours news.

Whether you’re one of the masses of die-hard fans of the TV sitcom which was watched by millions at its peak, or a British comedy fanatic, experience this side-splitting revival of an all-time comedy classic.
