How many garden gnomes will you find in Eastcombe this summer?

The village of Eastcombe is preparing to be invaded by scores of garden gnomes for families to discover, during its annual Gnome Hunt.

Organised by Eastcombe School Association to raise funds for the local primary school, the unique event is hoping to attract hundreds of visitors on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 June 2019.

Families will have the opportunity to explore this hilltop village sprinkled with honey-coloured Cotswold stone properties, winding lanes and glorious gardens, as they follow the trail, collect clues and solve the puzzle to be in with a chance of winning a rosy-cheeked, bearded gnome of their own.

What’s more, there will also be one pushchair-friendly route through the village, with the chance to grab an ice-cream along the way to cool down the weary gnome hunters.

Simply buy a map and get a free gnome of your own from Eastcombe Primary School to get started and finish the trail with a quintessentially British cream tea at the Village Hall.
