Macbeth at Painswick Rococo Garden

Suitable for family audiences of all ages, there’ll be no tears at this enthusiastic rendition of Macbeth in the beautiful Rococo Garden on Friday 16 July 2021.

The performance comes from The HandleBards, who pedal from show to show with their entire set, props and costumes on their bicycles – bringing Shakespeare to venues across the country in a fun and sustainable way.

Beauty and the Beast at Painswick Rococo Garden

Discover a tale as old as time this summer, when IKP brings its enchanting production of Beauty and the Beast to Rococo Garden on Monday 30 August 2021 – giving the classic love story a dose of its trademark ‘bonkers’ treatment.

Please note, a separate admission fee will apply to visit the garden before or after this performance, with show tickets available from the Everyman Theatre’s website.

The Importance of Being Earnest at Painswick Rococo Garden

Theatre is all about fun for Slapstick Picnic – and its inaugural production of The Importance of Being Earnest promises big laughs at Rococo Garden on Thursday 9 September 2021.

Families will see Oscar Wilde’s classic play of manners performed like never before, by two entertainers with a penchant for silliness and slapstick comedy.

For each outdoor production, families are invited to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on, as well as picnics to tuck in to as they watch the show.

Umbrellas can block the view for other audience members, so it’s best to bring a poncho or raincoat in case of summer downpours!
