The Brewery Quarter has announced that brand-new boutique fitness studio, F5, is opening up before the end of 2020.
Specialising in high-intensity team training sessions, F45 Cheltenham will offer circuit-based workouts for its members – with 45-minute classes led by qualified instructors and each workout aiming to burn up to 750 calories!
Rob Aspinall, owner and managing director of F45, said: ‘The Brewery Quarter is the premiere location in Cheltenham and is the centre of the action in this dynamic, health-focused town. With high footfall, a prominent high street location and close proximity to local offices, it is the ideal site for our fitness studio.’
F45 comes to The Brewery Quarter after the successful launch of The Alchemist in August 2020 – with an exciting live escape room experience from Escape Hunt also arriving at the popular leisure destination in late 2020.
