Summer is finally here and there's no better place to be than beside the pool — and according to spa booking specialist, SpaSeekers, Gloucestershire has one of the best outdoor spa pools in the country.
In its round-up of the best outdoor spa pools in the UK, it highlighted Ellenborough Park, on the outskirts of Cheltenham, as one of the very best.
Describing its heated outdoor pool as 'a serene little oasis that beckons you to jump in', it was also charmed by Ellenborough Park's history and the beautiful building itself.
Ellenborough Park was the only venue in Gloucestershire to make the list, joining the likes of Nadarra Spa in Skipton; Utopia Retreat in Egham; The Spa at Laceby Manor in Grimsby; and Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat in Staffordshire.
