Luxury Cotswold hotel Cowley Manor has added five more rooms to its repertoire, expanding its occupancy to 36 rooms — and adding its biggest, fanciest suite yet.
Cowley Manor was bought by French hoteliers Experimental Group in 2023 and underwent a full-scale refurbishment before reopening in summer last year.
With its interior reimagined by Parisian designer, Dorothée Meilichzon, the hotel's spacious bedrooms now have a bold, distinctive look that mixes colourful checkerboard features with hints of rattan and glossy lacquer finishes. Every room offers home comforts — you're guaranteed an espresso machine for brewing your morning coffee — and deep bathtubs for soaking.
Now five new bedrooms have been added in a slick, modern extension this summer, with two stand-out rooms boasting outdoor space overlooking Cowley's gorgeous gardens.
Dubbed the hotel's 'true masterpiece', the new Grand Cowley Manor suite stretches 67sqm, making it Cowley's biggest, with two king-size bedrooms, living area and its crowning glory: a private terrace for enjoying room service alfresco.
The Grand Cowley Manor suite can be connected to the new Water Lily with Terrace room, too, creating even more space for families or groups.
