The SoGlos team is growing and we are recruiting for two ambitious new sales executives to join our thriving, fast-paced Partnerships Hub team.
About the role
Your key responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by identifying and winning new business opportunities
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling advertising campaign proposals
Present creative solutions that align with partner objectives and drive business results
Develop and grow strong long-term relationships with partners across both business and lifestyle sectors
Effectively manage a busy calendar of sales activity
Work to achieve wider business objectives as part of a successful team
Stay ahead of emerging marketing and advertising industry trends
About you
What we are looking for:
- Proven sales experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

An understanding of marketing, advertising and sponsorship, or event sales would be an advantage
- Exceptional
communication and negotiation skills
- Positive, results-driven mindset
- Personable and pro-active self-starter who enjoys working on your own initiative
- Able to remain calm under pressure, taking the initiative to find solutions to challenges
- Great organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage individual activity
- Good working knowledge of Gloucestershire across a range of sectors. Strong local business contacts would be an advantage
- Ideally, experience in a similar sales role in the media, marketing, recruitment, technology, estate agency or professional services sector, as some examples
- Proficient in embracing modern technologies – including CRMs (ideally HubSpot), websites, social media platforms, Office 365 and SoGlos’s own in-house business management system
