Fresh from the exciting move to some of the coolest offices in Gloucestershire, the SoGlos team is growing and we are recruiting for two new sales team members to join our thriving, fast-paced Partnerships Hub team. 

With ambitious plans for growth and expansion over the next 12-months as SoGlos celebrates 18 years of continued success, we are on the hunt for both an experienced business development manager and motivated business development executive - dependant on experience. 

Both roles will involve driving revenue growth by researching and winning new business; undertaking discovery meetings with potential clients; creating compelling advertising campaign proposals; confidently presenting creative solutions to decision makers; as well as building long-term relationships across both business and lifestyle sectors.

We are looking for individuals with extensive B2B sales experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and/or the drive and enthusiasm to further their sales career. Applicants with an understanding of marketing, advertising and sponsorship, or event sales would be at an advantage; and exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a results-driven mindset, are a must.
