Announcing its transformation in the centre of Gloucester, King’s Walk Shopping Centre has revealed its plans to transform the shopping destination in to a state-of-the art complex.

Following a public consultation on Wednesday 21 March 2018, the shopping centre has announced that it is going to make some huge changes including brand new entrances from Eastgate Street and King’s Square, as well as the removal of the bridge on Eastgate Street.

Plans also include a refurbished car park, brand new shops and a regeneration of the public spaces surrounding the shopping centre. With plans in their early stage, if the work is approved, it’s expected to start by the end of 2018.

Urging others to get involved and have their say, King’s Walk are welcoming readers to leave their comments on their website.
