The new development is just three miles from Tewkesbury town centre, making it an ideal location. The brand-new houses are being built in phases and will comprise of a mixture of both affordable-rent homes and shared ownership properties.

With a choice of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes on offer, these properties are expected to be available for rent and shared ownership later this year.

The landscape design plan for the new development also outlines the creation of open spaces and green corridors throughout the proposed layout.

Features include hedgerows, grassland, street trees (using sustainable urban tree planting systems), ponds, sports pitches, natural play areas and community allotments, as well as footpaths and cycle paths which link to surrounding areas of open space and countryside.
