Popular with families, nature lovers and visitors from beyond Gloucestershire, Painswick Rococo Garden offers plenty to keep people coming back all year round.
And despite the change in season, winter is no different — with everything from dog walking offers to Christmas light trails and, of course, the return of its famous snowdrop display, to experience from November 2024 to February 2025.
Special offers at Painswick Rococo Garden this winter
Living up to its reputation as one of Gloucestershire's best dog-friendly attractions, Painswick Rococo Garden is running an exclusive offer for dog owners and their four-legged friends throughout November 2024.
Each dog that visits can bring one owner for free, with Rococo Garden open on weekends up to Friday 29 November 2024.
Admire the last of the garden's gorgeous autumn colour before cosying up with a hot chocolate, to make the most of weekend walkies before the winter rolls in.
Christmas events at Painswick Rococo Garden
The unmissable Enchanted Garden By Night light trail is back for Christmas 2024, taking place on selected evenings from Saturday 30 November 2024 to Thursday 2 January 2025.
Explore the gardens and woodland after dark, with illuminated willow sculptures — from unicorns and fairies to fire-breathing dragons! — and dazzling light installations to spot along the way. Dogs on short leads are welcome, too, so the whole family can join in the festive fun.
There's chance to browse the Rococo Garden shop for locally sourced Christmas gift ideas — including its own range of food and drink, made with produce from its kitchen garden — and tuck into festive treats post-trail.

Snowdrops at Painswick Rococo Garden
The garden reopens in late January 2025, as the first of its famous snowdrops begin to flower.
Boasting one of the UK's largest naturalistic plantings of snowdrops, Painswick Rococo Garden is home to 15 species of the distinctive white flower.
Although it's difficult to predict exactly when they'll appear, the displays tend to be at their best in February and the garden is usually open daily during this time, so there's plenty of opportunities to see them
