Plans have been proposed to improve Pittville Park, which will include clearing substantial greenery to create a view of the lake from the play area.

Following the extensive renovation of the children’s play area at Pittville Park, new plans include removing overgrown plants and trees to create a new setting for the bridge.

Also aiming to improve the walk around the lake, overgrown vegetation will be removed from around the lake to make it much brighter and improve the dark feel, and a new rockery will be built.

What’s more, the plans also include removing a number of fallen branches to clear room for a wildlife area at the side of the lake.
