New boutique fitness studio, F45, is opening at the Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham in January 2021.

Promising to get people ‘engaged, inspired and sweating on a daily basis,’ F45 offers 45 minute long, high-intensity workout sessions that could burn up to 750 calories per session.

Designed to help participants lose fat and build lean muscle, the circuit training-based sessions are led by two highly qualified personal trainers who can tailor exercises to individuals’ needs. Every session is unique to provide a challenging workout each time – there’s even a live DJ every Saturday.

The new Cheltenham fitness studio also uses a host of modern technology to enhance the experience, from booking classes and checking in using an app, to sending workout statistics by email at the end of each session.

With a host of famous fans, including David Beckham, Mark Wahlberg and Liam Payne, the brand identified Cheltenham as the ideal location for its newest studio.

F45 co-owner, Rob Aspinall, said: ‘The Brewery Quarter is the premiere location in Cheltenham and is the centre of the action in this dynamic, health focussed, town.

‘With high footfall, a prominent High Street location and close proximity to local offices, it is the ideal site for our fitness studio. We can’t wait to launch our new studio and welcome the Cheltenham public through our doors.’

Head coach and studio manager of F45 Cheltenham, Becki Haslam, said: ‘Having worked in a few of the F45 London studios, it’s great that F45 is finally coming to Cheltenham, I can’t wait to welcome all the new faces into the studio.’

F45 has adapted its workouts to comply with government guidelines on Covid-19, including assigning members to their own fixed station for each session, to maintain social distancing and prevent the need to share equipment.

The new Cheltenham studio is due to open on Saturday 2 January 2021. For more information, visit f45training.co.uk/cheltenhamcentral.
