To help those in lockdown keep active, Gloucester Rugby has launched a campaign, #WellbeingWednesday, to share tips from top trainers on how to stay fit.

With new tips every Wednesday, the advice will be shared across Gloucester Rugby’s social media accounts. As rugby players themselves are in isolation and working through a programme of home workouts, the club also aims to help its community of fans maintain a healthy lifestyle.

In the first video, posted on Wednesday 25 March 2020, head of performance Dan Tolbin advises people to spend 30 minutes exercising per day, which includes a mixture of workouts and household tasks such as gardening.
