Finally, the meal can be topped off with a decadent dessert of an assiette of soufflés, consisting of dreamy pistachio, raspberry and chocolate puddings, complemented by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream and raspberry sorbet — délicieuse!
