Proving to be hugely popular with diners since opening its first Gloucestershire branch in Cheltenham, Wagamama is set to expand its versatile food offerings with a brand-new vegan menu.

Launching in ‘a matter of weeks’, the menu will increase the vegan offering overall, including a new range of sake, summer salads and a vegan version of its famous katsu curry.

Speaking of the exciting development, Wagamama Cheltenham’s general manager Sam McKay said: ‘The Vegatsu is our most exciting addition to the menu in a long time.

‘After trialling at our exciting new test kitchen, Noodlelab on Dean street, London, feedback was just so great we had to roll it out across the rest of our restaurants.

‘Based on the traditional recipe of Panko breadcrumbs and curry sauce, this seitan-based dish is fully vegan and will blow you away. We’ve also got some fab new summer salads, a new sake range to really excite our guests and more.’.
