Theoc House in Tewkesbury has announced its closure after eight years on the town’s high street.

The venue, which describes itself as a neighbourhood café and bar, will be operating its usual service on Saturday 24 August 2019, before closing for a refurbishment and takeover from new owners. SoGlos has contacted Theoc House but has so far been unable to confirm who the new owners are, and what form the new business will take following its refurbishment.

Thanking its customers on a post on Instagram, the Theoc House team said: ‘We’ve had an amazing time, met some brilliant people and the business has helped us to launch the House Family which is a brand we are extremely proud of.

‘We would like to thank our loyal customers, our suppliers and most of all our hard-working staff who have done us proud over the years.’
