Open seven days a week, with its popular Late Night Fridays event each week, Stroud’s Five Valleys Shopping Centre is now introducing free entertainment every weekend from Sunday 21 August 2022.
As part of its new ‘Super Sundays’ initiative, shoppers can enjoy live music, DJs and cookery demos with other acts announced weekly.
To kick things off, local singer-songwriter Tom Clissold will be performing his unique brand of country folk music at the inaugural event in the Indoor Market area.
Centre manager, Jessica Derham, said: 'We are always looking at ways to create a great atmosphere on the centre and ensure that everyone’s visit is a bit special.'
Five Valleys has undergone a major transformation over the last five years, creating a thriving retail and leisure destination at the heart of the town.
'We’re confident that for those who haven’t been into the centre for some time, you’ll be impressed by the range and offer that’s now here', Derham added.
As well as Stroud Bowl and Vue Cinema, the venue also houses a Borough Market-style indoor market packed with street food vendors serving up cuisine from all over the world.
Home to an eclectic mix of local traders, high street retailers and an independent department store, visitors can also shop for everything from childrenswear at Jojo Maman Bebe to exclusive fragrances at Sandersons Boutique.
Stroud’s only vegan delicatessen, Vegicatessen, alongside Italian restaurant Terra Cucina, are the most recent additions to the centre.
'Super Sundays' at Five Valleys Shopping Centre starts on Sunday 21 August 2022.
