Cheltenham’s latest steakhouse, Son of Steak, has announced it will open in The Brewery Quarter on Monday 23 September 2019, and is currently recruiting to fill 20 new jobs.

The new Cheltenham steak restaurant is set to be housed inside the former Harvester venue and has undergone an extensive refurbishment, with 106 covers inside and 42 seats outside.

With just one flagship restaurant in Nottingham, Son of Steak’s Cheltenham eatery will be the second of its kind to open in the UK, operated by the same company that owns Harvester, Toby Carvery and Miller & Carter.

Speaking about the new restaurant, a Son of Steak spokesperson said: ‘We’re very excited to be bringing something new to Cheltenham’s dining out scene.

‘By focusing on expertly-cooked fast-casual steak dishes, along with juicy burgers, delicious chicken, vegan and vegetarian options, Son of Steak is going to be a great place for people to treat themselves.’
