Gloucester Quays is bringing celebrity chefs and Bake Off contestants to the city this summer, when its FREE food festival returns on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 July 2023.
The event promises a jam-packed weekend of foodie fun including live demos in the Cookery Theatre on Mariner's Square, over 150 stalls to eat your way around and live music in Orchard Square, too.
Visitors can see chef and entrepreneur Levi Roots and Great British Bake Off 2021 finalists Crystelle Pereira and Freya Cox on Saturday; while multi-award winning pastry chef and Bake Off — The Professionals judge Cherish Finden, Great British Bake Off 2022 finalist Sandro Farmhouse and viewer's favourite contestant, Janusz Domagała take to the stage on Sunday.
Places in the Cookery Theatre are completely free and don't require tickets, but organisers say 'they go like hot cakes' so visitors are advised to arrive early to secure the best seats in the house.
As well as cookery demos, there's also plenty of children's entertainment planned for the weekend, making it an ideal day out for foodie families.
