A premium bar and restaurant space in the centre of Cheltenham has hit the market, with the building currently occupied by Revolution Cheltenham now up for sale or lease with Savills.

Offering over 9,000 sq ft of bar and restaurant space, with a late-night license until 4am, the Grade II listed former church is in a hospitality hotspot, with neighbours like Michelin Star restaurant Lumiere and decadent dessert house SISU Pancakes.

Not only is the building seriously impressive to look at — that stained glass window! — but it's a versatile space spanning two floors, with a large open-plan bar and catering kitchen on the ground floor and a further, separate bar area on the first floor.

The building is on the market subject to securing vacant possession but interested parties could enter a separate negotiation with Revolution Bars, should they want to keep any of the current fixtures and fittings.

There's no news from Revolution Bars regarding the closure of its Cheltenham venue, but a plan to restructure the business — which includes 'exiting the leases of certain loss-making sites' — to restore the group's financial stability was approved by the High Court in August 2024.

For now, Revolution Cheltenham is still taking bookings for bottomless brunch, food and drinks.

The premises on Clarence Parade is on the market with Savills, with price available on application.
