Prithi's new cookbook contains recipes for some of its customers' favourite dishes.

Guests have been flocking through the doors to Cheltenham's Indian-inspired restaurant Prithvi since 2012.

Now, 12 years later, they've gathered some of customers' favourite dishes to show them how to recreate the award-winning flavours for themselves at home.

Head chef, Thomas Law, a two Michelin-star-trained chef draws on experience from some of the best kitchens in New York, Australia and the UK.

He has spearheaded the creation of the cookbook, after so many customers asked for the recipes of his beloved dishes.

Owner of Prithvi, Jay Rahman, said: 'We’re very excited to soon be releasing our long-awaited cookbook, as it’s something we’ve been wanting to do for years.

'Guests often ask us about our recipes, with a keen interest in trying to replicate them in their own kitchens, so we decided it was time to help them achieve just that.

'We've selected all our most loved dishes since Prithvi’s inception 12 years ago, and hope people will have just as much fun in creating them as we did.

'We’re really proud of how far Prithvi has come and feel extremely grateful to be in a position where guests are showing interest in receiving a cookbook from us. We've filled it with the very best dishes to enable them to recreate some of the special memories they’ve experienced in our restaurant.'

The fine-dining restaurant on Bath Road is thrilled to share its recipes for success and sees the book as a significant milestone in its journey since opening 12 years ago.

Jay added: 'Tom has done an amazing job in pulling the book together, carefully determining and including our most celebrated dishes.'

The book will go on sale this autumn 2024.
