Set to transform the current look of Cheltenham’s Quadtrangle building on the Promenade, plans were revealed earlier this month for a brand-new roof top restaurant.
With a host of locals casting their eye over plans for the building’s drastic makeover, the proposal will see a project of eight- to 10-million pounds-worth of renovations to create an additional floor on the building’s top, allowing for a chic new eatery.
Boasting views over Cheltenham and with the stunning Cotswolds in the distance, the proposed rooftop restaurant will feature glass sliding doors and a glorious alfresco terrace overlooking Imperial Gardens.
If the plans go ahead, the building work is expected to commence later this year, with the stunning new restaurant expected to be completed by December 2019.
