The Lucky Onion hospitality group, owned by Superdry CEO Julian Dunkerton, has taken over The Hollow Bottom pub, planning to reopen the venue on Monday 7 October 2019.
The horse racing-themed pub in the Cotswolds closed without warning back in the summer of 2019, having been a popular venue for locals and horse racing fans. But now, it appears the Cotswold pub has been taken over by The Lucky Onion – the hospitality group behind No. 131, No. 38 The Park, The Tavern and The Wheatsheaf Inn.
According to job adverts, the group is looking to hire bar staff, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters, housekeepers and cleaners as part of the new opening.
Successful staff will enjoy a 50 per cent discount at The Lucky Onion’s properties, team events, continual training and monthly team incentives.
