Foodie fans get ready, a brand-new bagel shop is officially opening in Cirencester this month.

With a cult following and popular shops in nearby Cheltenham, Leamington Spa, Oxford and Bromsgrove, The Steamhouse has confirmed that it’s opening its eighth bagel shop in Cirencester — following the opening of its first venture in Gloucestershire back in 2022 — on Friday 26 July 2024.

A post on The Steamhouse’s Instagram revealed it will be collaborating with the ethically sourced Fire & Flow Coffee, with the new venue joining its roastery on Tall Trees Estate — perfect for that caffeine fix!

While a specific menu for the Cirencester hub is not yet confirmed, bagel fanatics can expect New York-style feasts, with combos such as The Reuben — packed with hot pastrami, melted Swiss, pickles and sauerkraut — and The VLT stuffed with fake bacon, shredded gem lettuce, beef tomato and red onions; as well as breakfast bagels.

Alternatively, opt for a sweet treat, with a range of doughnuts, ice cream milkshakes and seasonal specials available, too.

The Steamhouse Cirencester opens on Friday 26 July 2024.
