Gin & Juice, the chic new bar replacing Crazy Eights at No. 131, is now open to the public following its official launch party on Thursday 28 February 2019.

There’s more than 350 gin varieties to work your way through at the aptly-named new bar – including Tom Cat Cloudy Mango Gin with blueberries and mint and Pink 47 London Dry Gin with lemon and pink peppercorns as just two choices. Plus, a dedicated Rum & Fizz bar, and impressive cocktail menu too.

Fans of Crazy Eights will immediately spot the difference at the new Gin & Juice. The totally transformed space gives revellers far more room for socialising, with a striking rough luxe interior including smatterings of green botanicals and chic, cosy velvet-upholstered nooks. We particularly enjoyed the hundreds of vintage photos lining the ceiling.

During the day Gin & Juice is serving an all-day brunch menu with dishes including avocado and poached eggs and eggs benedict, for example – with good Wifi and plenty of space for working lunches too.

And, as it’s open until 3am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with resident DJs playing a mix of funky beats and retro grooves, No. 131 is set to further cement its position as the hub of Cheltenham’s upmarket party scene.

Gin & Juice is Julian Dunkerton’s latest addition to The Lucky Onion portfolio and is an investment with lifelong friend Steve Barker. No. 131 is the second site for the Gin & Juice concept, with a national roll out of five further sites planned for 2019.
