Promising to create a new dining destination in the Cotswolds, Thyme is to open a new on-site restaurant and café known as The Ox Barn in September 2018.
The new eatery is the second part in a redevelopment of Thyme’s food offering; it follows the re-opening of The Swan at Southrop in April 2018.
The Swan’s redevelopment has included a new look to the restaurant, restoring it to use as a ‘true village pub’ with a less formal style of hospitality and a new menu promoting ‘more rustic cooking.’
The Ox Barn, opening in autumn 2018, will be made up of a restaurant and café under the direction of Culinary Director Charlie Hibbert.
