Ever heard of a bibimbap? Set to take Gloucester by storm, this Korean favourite is coming to Westgate Street this January 2024.
Opening at the end of the month, Soul N' Seoul is putting the finishing touches to its revamp of the former Hubble Bubble cafe.
And bibimbap, made up of rice, egg, strips of meat and iconic fermented pepper paste, is just one of the Korean favourites diners can look forward to.
Other dishes include bulgogli featuring beef or chicken marinated in a signature sauce; Korean fried chicken with crispy chicken wings coated in Korean sauce; kimchi fried rice; and Korean omurice, which blends fried rice with an omelette, topped with ketchup and fried onions.
The interior, which is currently being finished off, shows a minimalist, urban design with hues of red and black.
An official opening date is set to be confirmed within the next fortnight.
