Beet Juice Bar and Kitchen is opening its first wellness cafe in Cheltenham, with its menu spanning a variety of carefully curated and nutritional eats.

On a mission to challenge and redefine what lunch 'on the go' can be, Beet Juice Bar and Kitchen is set to open on Cheltenham's Regent Street this 2024, adding to the plethora of foodie hot spots in the town.

Promising to provide convenient nourishment — whether out on a quick lunchbreak or enjoying a leisurely catch up with friends — the shop front is set to incorporate an informal alfresco experience, offering seating with moveable fresh vegetable and herb planters.

With branding created by Cheltenham's Edge Design Workshop, the business's proposed branding and visual marketing embodies heritage and artisanal character through its timeless design, paying homage to traditional print methods.

While finer details are yet to be announced, the menu will focus on everything from freshly pressed juices to elevated seasonal salads and winter stews — and the many health benefits they offer.

The wellness hub is yet to reveal an official opening date, with SoGlos announcing more information later on in the year.
