Sef Steakhouse is taking the final retail unit at Cheltenham's Quadrangle, with a unique foodie experience to impress diners this May 2023.

Sef Steakhouse is the latest – and final – restaurant to open in the Quadrangle, filling the last retail space at the development in Cheltenham.

Just like the Quadrangle's rooftop resident, fine dining establishment The Nook on Five, it's another brand-new, independent restaurant – which promises to impress guests with, not only its food and elegant interiors, but its theatrical dining experience too.

Due to open in May 2023, diners can expect premium cuts of meat cooked over charcoal. They'll also be able to see inside the busy kitchen, with many dishes finished at the table for that extra wow-factor.

Sef (pronounced 'chef') Steakhouse is the first UK venture for restauranteurs Metin Civlak, Mert Aras and Kaan Kucukagalar, who have a combined 30 years' experience in the business from opening and running restaurants in Turkey and Kuwait.

Civlak, who lives in Cheltenham, said: 'We’re very much looking forward to bringing the Sef experience to Cheltenham. It’s something that will be unique to the town and the Quadrangle is the perfect setting; a stylish building in a central location.

'We’ll be serving the finest cuts of meat along with a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, and will be using local suppliers where possible.'

Sef Steakhouse joins a strong line-up of independent restaurants at the Quadrangle, with The Nook on Five, Italian Bosco Pizzeria and award-winning bakery The Artisan Baker as its neighbours.

The restaurant seats 95 diners inside, with space for 50 outside on its terrace.

It's expected to open in May 2023, welcoming diners for lunch and dinner every day of the week – with late night openings to enjoy those cocktails on Friday and Saturday.
