Launching in Cheltenham’s St George’s Place, in the spot of the former Chelsea Brasserie, Muse Brasserie will open its doors on Thursday 2 May 2019.
The exciting and modern European restaurant says it will combine innovative flavours and with classic dishes, led by award-winning chef director Franck-Jean-Pierre Grillet.
Alongside his business partner, Limon Rahman – whose name you might recognise from Channel four’s Tips of the Restaurant Trade and ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish, the pair plan to take well-known European dishes and mix them with spices from the Far East.
Guests can expect a menu including blood orange glazed duck breast with baby vegetables and sweet potato mash; and cod lion with Bombay purple potatoes in a mildly spiced Moilee sauce.
Speaking about the launch, Chef Franck said: ‘Having worked in so many restaurants in France and England, the most satisfying thing for me was to see the contentment in the customers face after a meal.
‘For me, there is nothing more exciting and fulfilling than doing a job that I love. Muse Brasserie will be my first platform to showcase what I have been learning for the past three decades.’
Promising not to be elitist or too exclusive, the venue is opening at 60 St George’s Place in Cheltenham on Thursday 2 May 2019.
