Cheltenham town centre is set to welcome a brand-new restaurant this weekend, when Ki-Sabor opens its doors to its Regent Street venue.
Described as a Brazilian restaurant, its new Instagram page features, so far, a delicious-looking selection of classic Brazilian desserts such as mousse de limão — a traditional lemon mousse and family-favourite in Brazil; and pudim de leite condensado — a creamy Brazilian-style flan made from condensed milk.
Opening on the site of the former Italian tapas bar, Chicheti, Ki-Sabor joins the likes of The Beefy Boys, KIBOU, Fat Toni's and The Coffee Dispensary, among many other shops, cafes and, of course, the town's beloved Everyman Theatre.
'Ki sabor' in Portugese translates to 'what flavour' — so diners can expect to tuck into classic Brazilian flavours and dishes, when the new menu is revealed at the restaurant's opening weekend.
Ki-Sabor's initial opening hours are due to be 11.30am to 8pm Tuesday to Friday; 11.30am to 4pm on Saturday; and 11.30am to 8pm on Sunday.
