Burger fans in Cheltenham are in for a treat this April 2024, as Hub Box at The Brewery Quarter is giving locals a chance to try its new menu for just £15.
It's inviting Cheltenham residents to its Locals Night on Thursday 25 April 2024, where they can try out their choice of burger, side dish and drink from the new menu for £15 per person.
Smashed patties are the star of the show, with options including the Hub OG with two beef patties, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, Hub sauce, pickled red onion and lettuce; the Oklahoma with two onion-smashed beef patties, double cheese and mustard; or the Big Kahuna with two beef patties, barbecue pulled pork, double Monterey Jack, barbecue sauce, mayo and lettuce, with two onion rings on top.
Anyone who prefers chicken can go for a Buttermilk Chicken burger with confit garlic mayo and shredded lettuce; the Korean Clucker with buttermilk fried chicken, Korean barbecue glaze, cheese sauce, gochujang mayo and house pickles; or the Brie B King with grilled chicken breast, melted brie, crispy bacon, confit garlic mayo, red onion jam and rocket.
Vegans and vegetarians are well-catered for, too, with vegan versions of the All Star burger, Buttermilk Chicken burger and Dirty Club; as well as the Nacho Libre bean burger with Mexicana cheese, chipotle mayo, nacho crumb, tomato salsa and candied jalapenos; or the Big Cheese with buttermilk fried halloumi, Swiss cheese, confit garlic mayo, chilli jam and rocket.
Side dishes include wings, chicken tenders, tater tots, nachos, onion rings and mac and cheese — with Hub Box's signature loaded dirty fries on the menu, too, with everything from garlic and parmesan to chilli cheese to choose from.
Hub Box recommends booking in advance to guarantee a table at Locals Night, but walk ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
