Welcoming viewers back into her idyllic barn conversion in Moreton-in-Marsh for a second year, Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen returns to the screen for its latest season — starring a family business from Broadway, in May 2025.
Kicking off back in March and taking place over 10 weeks, each episode offers a peek into the culinary legend's very own Gloucestershire kitchen, where she shares her own recipes, culinary tips and hacks, champions local food producers and tries out country activities in the Cotswolds.
And this week sees artisan oil company, Cotswold Gold, feature as one of Prue's 'Food Heroes'.
Made from crops grown on Cotswold Gold's family farm in nearby Broadway, its extra virgin, cold pressed rapeseed oil provides a delicious addition to any meal, with its range spanning infusions of flavours from fiery chilli and fragrant garlic to sweet, aromatic basil.
Charlie Beldam, a farmer’s son and enthusiastic foodie, set up Cotswold Gold in 2010 as a diversification venture based around his family’s arable farm.
The farm was already producing high quality rapeseed and Charlie wanted see if this crop could be made into a quality end product that would inspire the food industry and promote British farming.
Its Cotswold Gold rapeseed oil is a premium extra virgin rapeseed oil rich in omega three, six and nine and low in cholesterol.
