Kids aged 10 and under can eat for free at The Coconut Tree in Cheltenham, as it launches its brand-new children's menu this January 2023.

With the aim of making 'going out for a Sri Lankan' the most popular choice for families dining in Cheltenham, from Friday 6 January 2023, one child aged 10-years-old or under can eat for free with a paying adult until the end of March 2023.

The brand-new children's menu includes a variety of Sri Lankan-inspired dishes tailored for little tummies, including a cheesy hopper; a cheese and tomato roti pizza; egg fried rice; and even a Sri Lankan twist on chicken nuggets, all served with peas, carrots and cucumber sticks, as well as vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream cups for dessert.

The Coconut Tree co-founder, Rashintha Rodrigo, said: 'We understand that getting the whole family out to eat can be a challenge and so wanted to give families the opportunity to enjoy a visit with us for an even better price. We’re encouraging people to try new, try fresh, try fun, try Sri Lankan.

'Our children’s menu makes Sri Lankan food accessible for little ones, and parents can enjoy a meal with the knowledge that their kids are being served delicious food that they’ll love.'

The kids eat free offer is available at all nine Coconut Tree restaurants, including Cheltenham, until Friday 31 March 2023.
