Cheltenham’s newest restaurant, Hub Box, is finally opening the doors to its Brewery Quarter restaurant on Tuesday 21 September 2021.

Hub Box Cheltenham will be the Cornwall-based brand’s first restaurant in Gloucestershire, bringing a touch of the south coast to the Regency town with its Cornish food suppliers and nautical-themed décor. Currently Hub Box Bristol is the nearest venue to Gloucestershire.

Promising ‘BBQ, burgers, beers, good times’ the Hub Box Cheltenham menu includes street-food inspired dishes like juicy beef burgers, buttermilk fried chicken and Bratwurst hot dogs, alongside local craft beers.

Hub Box Cheltenham was originally due to open in spring 2021 and was delayed due to Coronavirus restrictions – but Gloucestershire diners hungry to get their hands on its delicious-sounding menu, can now book tables for Tuesday 21 September 2021 onwards on the Hub Box website.

It will be the second new restaurant to open at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter this year, after Mowgli announced it would be opening on Monday 16 August 2021.
