The show’s breakfast is a true pastry affair — and KNEAD has revealed which is best suited to a traitor.

The ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust, series three of the BBC's The Traitors has drawn to a close for 2025 — with viewers following four wicked weeks of chaos as the loyalists attempt to root out the traitors who are secretly lurking and sabotaging their efforts to win up to £120k.

But — along with Claudia Winkleman's iconic fringe — we won't be forgetting the lavish breakfast buffets spanning layered pastries, meats and cheeses and fluffy muffins on offer throughout the series too quickly.

And Gloucestershire's very own KNEAD Bakery was asked to collaborate with The Traitors to recommend the sneakiest breakfast picks... spoiler, no one planning a betrayal is starting their day with plain porridge.

Via a social post, KNEAD said it's rounded up the ultimate backstabbing breakfasts: 'From the too-indulgent-to-be-innocent maple and pecan Danish to the almond croissant hiding its secrets under powdered sugar.'

'Remember a cinnamon bun covered in a cinnamon glaze, sticky to the touch, impossible to eat without drawing attention — perfect for someone who wants to be noticed (for all the wrong reasons)'.

The Traitors is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
