Gloucestershire's back on our television screens once again, as the first episode of Channel 4's popular series, George Clarke's Amazing Spaces airs on Tuesday 25 March 2025 at 9pm.

Back for its 13th season and hosted by architect and television presenter George Clarke, the show sees the home-improvements host travel around Britain discovering the extraordinary world of small builds, where people turn tiny spaces into unbelievable places to live, work and play.

Tonight's episode stars Gloucestershire's unique travelling restaurant, Josser, and its owners Oli and Amber, as they transform a wag’n’drag lorry into a restaurant and home.

Viewers will see the process unfold as the vehicle is modified to house the living area in one half and a fully functioning kitchen and bar joined together via a canvas awning filled with oak tables and candelabras in the other.

Currently located in Evenlode near Moreton-in-Marsh, Josser serves 'nomadic nosh' — the couple's version of street food, but in a field.

Ushered from the hatch on the balcony of the lorry, the food is alternative and affordable with an ever-changing menu featuring adaptations of classics and celebrations of certain cultures, cuisines and ingredients — all under candlelight, in the quirky, canvas tent space.

Before Josser, Oli 'ran away to the circus' for over a decade and worked as a chef in Giffords' travelling restaurant, Circus Sauce.

From his experiences, he co-wrote the Giffords Circus Cookbook which won best general cookbook at the Guild of Food Writers Awards in 2021.

Catch Oli, Amber and the Josser Restaurant on George Clarke's Amazing Spaces on Channel 4 from 9pm on Tuesday 25 March 2025, or stream on All4.
