After its great success in Cirencester last year, the Giffords Circus travelling restaurant, Circus Sauce, is relaunching its popular winter pop up in Gloucestershire, this November 2022.
Housed in the circus headquarters on the outskirts of Stroud, visitors will be able to tuck in to a selection of rustically extravagant fayre on Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunchtimes from Saturday 5 November to Friday 23 December 2022.
For a unique dining experience this winter, guests can wrap up warm and feast in one of the Giffords Circus barns, where each show is creatively curated. There'll be a hint of circus magic in the air with atmospheric festoons and candlelight, making for a truly memorable mealtime.
Dishes on the November menu will include a seasonal amuse bouche and freshly baked bread; roasted duck with smoke leg hot pot, rosehip and autumnal vegetables; trout kyiv with sea vegetable butter; and gingerbread tart with white chocolate and saffron custard.
What's more, there will be a fully licensed
bar onsite with a wide range of wines, spirits and soft drinks.
Food will once again be served banquet style, with dinner service including five courses for £65 per adult and £40 per child – while a three course Sunday lunch costs £50 per adult and £35 per child.
Winter Sauce opens on Saturday 5 November 2022, with bookings being taken now.
