Gloucester Quays' independent restaurant, Coal Kitchen, is giving customers a generous new year's offer to get 2025 started with some winter-warming treats.
From Thursday 2 January to Friday 31 January 2025, anyone ordering from the a la carte and Sunday lunch menus can get £15 off their bill, including drinks — ideal for a January date night, family get-together or fun meet-up with friends.
Diners must register online to get a £15 off voucher fired straight into their inbox to use on their next visit.
On the menu, expect big winter flavours and locally sourced ingredients in every dish, with starters such as crispy chicken wings, sourdough pizzettes, crispy squid and beef koftas.
Warming mains include stone-baked truffle rigatoni; chicken and chorizo skillet; 14oz Gloucester pork chop; Sunday roasts with complimentary cauliflower cheese and all the trimmings; and a big variety of burgers to choose from.
Sides include skin-on fries, sweet potato fries, Greek salad and veggies; with yummy desserts such as churros, apple crumble, chocolate fondant and cheeseboards to finish.
Coal Kitchen is famed for its tasty tipples, serving up cocktails and mixes such as negronis, espresso martinis and mimosa fizz; with bloody Marys and mojitos, to name just a few; and a huge range of sparkling and still wine, beer, mocktails and soft drinks also on offer.

Coal Kitchen is located at the picturesque waterside Pillar and Lucy Warehouse at Gloucester Quays. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 8pm; Friday from 12pm to 9.30pm; Saturday from 10am to 9.30pm; and Sunday from 10am to 8pm.
