Cotswolds countryside pub, The Foston’s Ash Inn, has unveiled a new-and-improved outdoor bar and dining space, opening on Thursday 3 December 2020.

Located in The Camp, near Stroud, Foston’s Ash’s impressive outdoor offering now includes The Polo Barn Marquee – a heated 220-square feet marquee, which seats up to 45 people in mixed groups of up to six, is open on two sides and is fully Covid-compliant. It comes complete with comfy sofas, blankets and even a dartboard and pool table.

Plus, there is also a wooden cabin in the Foston’s Ash’s gardens, for Skandi-styled socialising.

Following the end of lockdown, The Foston’s Ash Inn has now fully reopened and inside the pub, for single household couples and families, diners can enjoy a traditional Cotswold pub experience complete with cosy open log fires.

A full menu is being served to diners both inside and outdoors at Foston’s Ash – with all dishes freshly-produced using local ingredients.

People pleasing options include homemade Gloucester Old Spot sausage rolls, beer battered fish and chips and Todenham Manor beef burgers, as just a few examples. While popular Sunday roasts span Jesse Smiths’ free range roast chicken, Todenham Manor’s sirloin beef and vegetable and lentil nut roast options.

Plus, Foston’s Ash is also continuing to offer takeaway on weekends – with stonebaked pizzas and Sunday roasts to enjoy at home.

Owner of Foston’s Ash Inn, Nick Hine, said: ‘Being able to welcome mixed groups of up to six safely is a real game changer for us. We are thrilled to be opening up to our wonderful customers once again, particularly now we have the addition of the improved Polo Barn Marquee. The most important thing for us has always been customer and staff safety, however, and we have absolutely everything in place to ensure the safest visit possible.’
