Showing off its spectacular renovation for the first time, De Vere Cotswold Water Park has unveiled images from its newly refurbished gastropub restaurant, The Old Boathouse.
The stylish waterfront restaurant is housed within De Vere’s luxury Cotswold hotel, offering seating for 110 guests inside with an additional 50 seats in its stunning alfresco area. The renovation means that guests of the hotel, and those living locally, can enjoy a meal while overlooking the tranquil lakes of Cotswold Water Park.
The renovation is part of a multi-million-pound project which has also seen the creation of a new restaurant known as The Lounge, and a café – The Muddy Duck Café, which is dog-friendly and suitable for families.
The hotel’s foyer has also been renovated thanks to new furniture and lighting.
Inspired by the hotel’s surrounding scenery, the newly refurbished Old Boathouse features a colour palette of calming greens, taupe and navy blue.
Richard Smith is the general manager of De Vere Cotswold Water Park: ‘It’s exciting to see all our ideas come to life, providing our guests with the best possible experience and facilities.
‘Our revamped Old Boathouse and the new The Muddy Duck Café will provide local residents and our guests brilliant options for celebrations, relaxed dining and meet ups.
‘De Vere Cotswold Water Park is such a unique venue and I’m looking forward to these new initiatives welcoming new audiences through our doors, as well as giving our loyal customers new experiences to enjoy.’
