Gloucestershire's first Beefy Boys restaurant opens this February 2023 - and SoGlos got a first look inside.

With its first Gloucestershire restaurant opening this February 2023, SoGlos got an exclusive first look inside the new Beefy Boys restaurant in Cheltenham.

Located in the former Bill's on Regent Street, the new 'meat boutique' has The Beefy Boys bold signature style, with colourful décor and gigantic neon burgers adorning the walls, with plenty of nods to its incredible success in the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, where it came second place for World's Best Burger!

There's stylish booth-style seating both upstairs and downstairs - and there's a small outdoor dining area, ideal for alfresco burgers when the weather warms up.

The menu features the full selection of its award-winning patties, with classic, dirty and speciality burgers featuring toppings that range from peanut butter and bacon jam to fire roasted green chilli salsa and jalapeño poppers.

There are chicken burgers and three veggie options to try, one of which is a breadcrumbed macaroni cheese patty - and diners can also tuck into wings, loaded fries, salads and a selection of sides like mac and cheese balls or Parmesan ranch corn.

A well-stocked bar is packed with local DEYA beer, and there's a creative milkshake menu too with classic strawberry, banana, chocolate and vanilla shakes. Upgrade options include a boozy hard shake, as well as a choice of special top shelf shakes adorned with the likes of Kinder Bueno bars, chocolate chunks and Oreo cookies.

The restaurant officially opens its doors on Saturday 25 February 2023, but for anyone who doesn't want to wait that long, it's currently on the lookout for 'burger testers' to try out the dining experience ahead of the launch, offering 25 per cent off all food in exchange for honest feedback on the service, food and overall experience.

Co-founder Anthony 'Murf' Murphy said: ‘We can't wait to get Cheltenham properly open, but with any new restaurant we need time to get it right, that's why we are putting a shout out for burger testers to be the first to take a peek and try our new venue.

'All we ask in return is for honest feedback and also, for patience and understanding if the visit has some hiccups during these early exclusive pre-opening stages!'

Keen burger testers can request a table on the Beefy Boys website now, but availability is extremely limited, with the restaurant officially opening for bookings and walk-ins on Saturday 25 February 2023.
