Rainbowls is opening its first UK wellness café in Cheltenham.

The café will welcome customers into its relaxed venue at 64 Hewlett Road this March 2023, where they can look forward to being greeted with 'a friendly smile and some Dutch hospitality'.

Founders, Kasper Roelvink and Jessica Peters, believe there is a lack of fun, healthy food and drink options in the UK and chose Cheltenham to open the first Rainbowls in the UK.

The menu will focusing on acai bowls and the many health benefits they offer, with the couple saying how the malleability of acai allows them to experiment with great flavours in the bowl and get creative with the toppings.

Visitors can expect acai bowls topped with granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds, fresh fruit; a variety of wellness drinks including juices, smoothies and shots; coffee; healthy cakes; as well as seasonal specials.

Rainbowls has fast expansion plans over the next 18 months, too, aiming to open up to six new stores across the south west - and it has already begun scouting for its next location.

The Cheltenham café is due to open in the first week of March 2023, with SoGlos revealing the opening date as soon as it's announced.
