The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham is fast becoming the place to be for foodies, as another popular restaurant has announced that it is opening there this March 2022.
Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho is opening its doors to customers on Monday 28 March 2022 and is one of a string of new openings at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter following the launches of Mowgli in August 2021, Hub Box in September 2021, BrewDog in February 2022 and Flight Club earlier in March 2022.
Pho is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall and already has more than 30 venues around the UK, including sites in Bristol, Leicester and London.
Nikki Kontarines, asset manager of Martin Commercial Properties, managing agents of The Brewery Quarter, said: ‘There has never been more enthusiastic demand to open new sites at The Brewery Quarter. We’re delighted to be welcoming the much sought-after brand Pho to our strong and exciting line-up.
‘This further demonstrates the ever-growing success and popularity of the scheme as a primary entertainment and lifestyle destination in the UK.’
The new restaurant will bring a vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to Cheltenham, specialising in Vietnam’s national dish, pho, along with fresh spring and summer rolls, curries, wok-fried noodles and rice dishes as well as Vietnamese beers, coffees and more.
Pho founder, Stephen Wall, said of the opening: ‘We are really looking forward to opening our doors in Cheltenham. The Brewery Quarter is the perfect location for us, with like-minded neighbours like Mowgli and Cosy Club, and we hope the people of Cheltenham will be as excited about us coming to their town as we are about our launch.’
