Cheltenham’s Lumière confirms that it has been awarded the 21st spot in Harden's Top 100 Restaurant List for 2023 - making it the most highly ranked restaurant in the whole of the south west!
Operated by husband and wife team Jon and Helen Howe, Lumière offers a contemporary menu created by chef proprietor Jon, who takes inspiration for his dishes from produce that’s available in and around Gloucestershire.
The restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience that invites foodies to sample its four, six and eight-course menus, with vegetarian and other dietary specific options also available.
Running for its 32nd year, the best restaurants list is determined by a total of 30,000 reports which are submitted from a survey of 3,000 diners. Restaurants at all price ranges are listed, from street food vendors to the country’s most extravagant dining rooms.
Lumière's ranking demonstrates that the county's food scene is continuing to make an impression both on home turf and further afield.
