Launching a new twist on the classic bottomless brunch, The Miller pub in Cheltenham is bringing authentic Indian street food to the town.
Picture bold, exotic flavors and aromatic spices fused with the indulgence of unlimited drinks, all set in a lively atmosphere that's perfect for any celebration. With a unique take on classic brunch dishes, such as the bacon naan benedict, this bottomless menu offers brunch lovers something truly distinctive to enjoy.
When taken over, the idea was to re-imagine the traditional sports pub into a place to go for a nice meal with friends and loved ones — and soak up the atmosphere even if you aren't a sports person.
Unlike other bottomless brunches in the town, The Miller's iteration is available all day, everyday, with its head chef and owner putting more than a decade of experience into the business to show brunchers a good time with truly unlimited drinks during the two-hour dining experience.
Priced at £30 per person on weekdays and £35 on Saturdays, the menu features over 15 cocktails from espresso martinis to strawberry daiquiris, alongside draught IPA's rotated each month and house spirits — with mocktails available, too.
And the food options include an aubergine bharta, a cheese roti wrap, a bombay chicken burger and a classic beef burger, all served with chips.
Smaller bites include chicken lollipops, onion fritters or chicken wings — plus, there's a traditional English breakfast on offer, too.
Another fantastic reason to visit The Miller is its all-you-can-eat Sunday menu. With no time restrictions, diners can enjoy as much flavourful food as they can want for just £15.99, with plenty of tasty dishes to choose from.
